By submitting a request on the Navilex website (the “Website”) and ticking the consent box, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purpose of Processing
Reviewing my enquiry, contacting me to discuss my matter, preparing a proposal and, if I so decide, concluding a contract for the provision of legal services.
2. List of Personal Data
Name (surname, first name and patronymic, if provided), telephone number, messenger username, email address, and any information that I provide in the description of my matter.
3. Actions with Personal Data and Processing Methods
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing both with and without the use of automation tools.
4. Transfer to Third Parties
The Operator does not transfer my personal data to third parties. The data may be transferred to the Operator’s partners for the purpose of resolving my matter only after my separate consent has been obtained.
5. Term and Withdrawal of Consent
This consent remains valid until the purpose of processing has been achieved, but for no longer than 1 year from the date of my most recent enquiry, unless a contract has been concluded between me and the Operator. I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending the Operator a written notice to the following address: 3 Venyovskaya St., Moscow 117042, Russia, or an electronic document to the email address provided on the Website. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within the time limits established by law, unless otherwise provided by legislation.
